Who sees the student activity information displayed on the Portal and the weekly activity email?


A student's activity log is available only to specific members of the school staff and the student's parents. The school can determine who accesses and/or views a student's activity log at its discretion. 

  1. The network administrator at the school has access to all records.
  2. School staff members can be delegated access to pull records, if necessary.
  3. The school will provide you with a list of which parents or guardians have access if verification is needed.
