There are three ways to unsubscribe from weekly emails sent by Securly:

• Unsubscribing using the email
• Unsubscribing using the Home Parent portal
• Unsubscribing using the Securly Home app

Unsubscribing using the email

You can simply open any recent mail sent by Securly and click on Unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

After you click on it, you’ll be redirected to the unsubscribe page where you can enter any feedback. Finally, check the box and click the Unsubscribe button at the bottom. You’ll get a confirmation message that you’ve been unsubscribed.

Unsubscribing using the Home Parent portal

Log in to the Securly Home Parent portal and navigate to Settings > Email subscription and use the toggle button to unsubscribe from weekly emails.

Unsubscribing using the Securly Home app

Log in to your Home app and navigate to More > Notifications. Use the toggle switch for Activity emails to unsubscribe or subscribe to the reports.
