If you are an Xfinity user and having problems activating your Hub by Securly, then it might be a problem with Xfinity’s protected browsing feature.
It is recommended that you turn off the protected browsing feature in your Xfinity xFi app.
To do this:
- Navigate to the ‘Network’ option located in the bottom menu for your xFi app.
- Under ‘Security’ tap the ‘Protected Browsing’ option.
- Toggle the button to turn it off.
